Steel and precast manufacturers
You sell the frame or the elements; we install them on your customer's site. That lets you offer supply and installation without an erection crew of your own.

Landspítali University Hospital complex
Installation of steel structures across the construction site. Over 1,000 tonnes of steel installed; the main hospital alone approx. 700 tonnes.

Drawings review
We go through the drawings, connections, erection sequence and site conditions, and ask about anything unclear.
Offer
You receive a written offer with scope, schedule and exclusions.
Installation and handover
Erection in the agreed sequence, coordinated with site management, with handover documentation at the end.
Scope and documentation
- Scope
- Erection crews and site supervision. Cranes and lifts included or coordinated as agreed for each project.
- Documentation
- Bolt tightening records, tolerance surveys and handover documentation to the project's execution specification (EN 1090-2 where specified).
- Posted work
- Posting of workers handled to each country's requirements (A1 certificates, posting notifications, site ID cards such as ID06, Valtti or HMS).
- Countries
- Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Denmark; other countries on request. Projects to date in Iceland, Sweden and Finland.
